Ignite – Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Ignite, we value your trust and want your experience with our products to be seamless. Please read our return, refund, and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

Return of any product shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Return Window: A return request must be raised within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unaltered, and unused with all labels, barcodes, user manual, and invoice intact.
  2. Seal Condition: Each Ignite lamp comes with a validation seal pasted inside. Returns will only be accepted if the seal remains intact. If the seal is peeled off or tampered with, the return request will not be approved.
  3. Condition of Product: The product must be unused, uninstalled, and free from scratches, damages, or wear and tear. All accessories and packaging must be included.
  4. Return Shipping:
    • If the return is due to a wrong, damaged, or defective product supplied by Ignite, courier charges will be reimbursed upon verification.
  5. Damage During Delivery: To claim a return for products damaged during transit, customers are required to record a video of the unboxing process. This helps us validate the claim. Without a video, such claims will not be accepted.
  6. Inspection: All returned products are subject to a quality inspection by Ignite’s team. Refund approval or rejection will be based on this inspection.

Refunds

  1. Refunds will only be initiated once the returned product is received and validated by Ignite’s quality team.
  2. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days of approval.
  3. Refunds will be made through the same payment channel used for purchase. No cash refunds will be provided.
  4. In case of personal choice returns, the refunded amount will be the product value minus the 15% restocking feeand courier charges borne by the customer.

Exchanges

  1. Customers may request an exchange in case of receiving a damaged/defective/wrong product, provided the seal is intact and the product is unused.
  2. Exchange requests must be raised within 14 days of delivery.
  3. Products returned for exchange must include original packaging, labels, accessories, and invoice.
  4. If the exchanged product is of higher value, the customer must pay the difference. If it is of lower value, Ignite may issue a refund or credit note (valid for 180 days), at its discretion.
  5. Exchanges are subject to inspection and stock availability.

Cancellation

  1. Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
  2. A 15% restocking fee will be applicable on cancellations initiated after processing.

Important Notes

  • Minor variations in 3D print texture or surface finishing are part of the unique handcrafted process and do not qualify for return/exchange.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling, installation, or usage are not eligible for return/refund.
  • Ignite reserves the right to amend or update this policy without prior notice.
